Sure, but I wouldn't wear them in the departing or arriving airport. Bring PJ's with you and change once the flight has taken off or after dinner service. Lots of people do it..but make sure they are warm since the planes get very cold overnight. Also, make sure that they are suitable for wearing in public. Nighties and more "romantic" style sleepwear may not be allowed.
It also depends on what airline you are flying. U.S. airlines this is not a problem but I would think twice before wearing PJ's on Emirates.

I guess you want to wear your PJs for comfort. How about wearing working out pants instead? I don't think PJs are appropriate for inside the plane...but that's just me. I've been on numerous overseas flights and I've never seen an adult in PJs.

Go ahead but bring normal clothes in your carry on in case your luggage is lost temporarily. I love PJ's for travel. Very comfortable.
